Cedar City Fun!

I spent all lest week with my sister Brooke.  Her roommates had all left for the week, so my parents flew me down to entertain her!

Here is a pic I took  from the plane
I was WAY excited when we flew over Stansbury.  The island looks so cool from an Arial perspective!  The stewardess asked me what I wanted to drink as I was taking the picture.  I pointed out the window and said "That's where I live!"  She was not as impressed as I was, she probably sees is several times a day.

I survived my flight on the very small, noisy, bumpy plane and Brooke met me at the Cedar City Airport.  She works there for Hertz car rental.

Brooke and I had a lot of fun!  I was there Monday through Friday, our first goal was to work out everyday.  We went to the track Tues. Wed. and Thurs. for a short but hard workout.  I'm glad she was there to motivate me.  It is fun working out with someone else and doing something different for a change.
I think we did some version of all of these, plus running around the track (minus the GIRL push-ups, we're too tough for that)  Brooke worked me hard.

We went to St. George twice, the first time to shop and go to IN-N-OUT.
I had never been before, and I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience!

The second time Brooke got called in to work at the St. George Airport.  I went with her.  Just as we were about to leave, we noticed a plane coming in and a lot of people with signs "Welcome Home Elder!"  so we decided to stick around for a minute so Brooke to check out a new RM!  To our surprise, two missionaries stepped off the plane!  I couldn't help but take a picture of one of the Missionaries hugging his dad (I think).

Sorry, WAY blurry.

Brooke needed a few more rentals in Cedar so we each drove a Corolla back.

We went to the movies, got manicures, played skip-bo...and much more.

I rented a car from Brooke for cheap and drove home.  All she had for me at the time was a Mazda 5

This was my sweet ride... Not my first choice, but I felt like I got good driving practice to be a mother of four!

Thanks for a fun week Brooke!  And thanks for letting me go Cody!
Love you both!!!
