On February 2nd (My Birthday), Cody and I made a offer on this beautiful house. A few days later we received a counter offer we couldn't refuse. Before the final papers we signed we had few problems with a water leak and it took a little longer than we had hoped to close, but we finally made this home ours on March 25th 2011. As soon as possible after closing we had A LOT to do.
With the help of our WONDERFUL FAMILY we were able to lay carpet, tile and get all moved in within 5 DAYS.
Cody started out by ripping out all the existing carpet, linoleum, and tile... (a much larger task than anticipated)
